here , tips for keeping good healthy are to be : work regularily and rest adequately , keep in good hours and have a healthy diet . if you do not intent to get yourself sick , exercising every moring would surely be the best way to prevent disease .

often can be seen that there are senior folks jogging and playing taiji on the square or garden . and many young peers would much like to take sports gathering , such as table tennis and badminton , instead of spending the whole night getting drunk in bars . and as is known to all , tobacco an alcohol are the two greatest evils that creat negative affections on our health . thus a man should definitely be sure of what to eat and what not , what to drink and what not . besides , joining a family outdoor pinic in a shining weekend would be a lovely way to keep psychologically/mentally healthy .

谁都喜爱吃零食,可是,有些零食的卫生保障是不能让我们信任的,以下几件事情就是告知我们不要乱吃东西,否则后果不堪设想。

曾在电视上看到过这样一个报道:一个建筑工地住着几十个建筑工人,工人们在建筑工地的自助食堂用餐,由二位大妈供应工人们的伙食。一天,工人们用餐后发生了异想不到的事,几十名工人先后消失了头晕,呕吐,昏厥等现象。汗珠像豆珠似的从额头上滚下来,工人们疼得无法工作,还好抢救准时,没有造成人员伤亡。一场因蔬菜中的农药引起的中毒大事,对工人们及其家属造成了惊吓,同时也给工地带来了损失。有许多学校四周都摆着很多摊点,学校生只要一放学,就能听到摊点的大叔大婶的'叫卖声,"小伴侣,你闻,多香的美食呀,只要5角钱就够了。禁不住诱惑的学校生就忍不住地到那些摊点去买东西吃。结果,买零食的同学都由于买了不卫生食品而拉肚子,有的甚至中毒导致住院。

而那些快餐店更是毒辣,为了市场上的恶性竞争,放弃了追求质量的提高而开头降低成本,将一些农物残留物或生长激素类产品和一些加工过程中化学添加剂、防腐剂过分使用,使食品的担心全因素日趋多样化和简单化,而大多数打工人员又为了省钱到一些不规范的快餐店吃饭,导致了多种疾病的产生在此,我大声呼吁广阔中学校生应留意食品安全,提高对食品卫生的重视,对自己,对别人负责。

我看了食品安全进校内这篇文章,我知道了我们爱吃的叫辣子的东西真不应当叫辣子,应当叫垃圾,不应当叫辣子还污辱辣椒呢。

我们喜爱的烧烤类食品,含有烧烤类食品含有强致癌物质苯并芘。仅此一条,就足以警示人们对烧烤类食品"退避三舍。

世界卫生组织公布的十大垃圾食品包括:我们爱吃又爱喝的一些东西列如:油炸类食品、腌制类食品、加工类肉食品(肉干、肉松、香肠、火腿等)、饼干类食品(不包括低温烘烤和全麦饼干)、汽水可乐类饮料、便利类食品(主要指便利面和膨化食品)、罐头类食品(包括鱼肉类和水果类)、话梅蜜饯果脯类食品、冷冻甜品类食品(冰淇淋、冰棒、雪糕等)、烧烤类食品,这些我们又爱吃而它有简称"垃圾的'东西,我们可以不吃加工类肉食品、油炸类食品、话梅蜜饯果脯类、食品饼干类食品和垃圾食品,我们可以自己做,把水冻一个小时水就变成了和雪糕一样软的冰了(还可以用牛奶加三勺白砂糖做)。垃圾食品有称(junkfood)是指仅仅供应一些热量,别无其它养分素的食物,或是供应超过人体需要,变成多余成分的食品,所以我盼望大家少吃学校门口廉价的小食品可以让父母给自己做平安的食品给自己吃这样才是平安的。
