有的人说青春是绚烂多彩的花季，是阴晦而缠绵的雨季，是青翠嫩绿融融的春，是浪漫而炽热的夏，有的人说青春是欢笑时泪水，是流泪时的微笑，是简单的压抑，是沉重的放纵，还有的人说青春是一坛醇香的酒，是一束鲜艳的话……每个人对青春都有自我的诠释，每个人都有每个人的答案。正是为了尊长这种自迥异的答案与诠释，人们才匆匆走上一条条属于自我的道路，去探寻属于自我的谜底，破译青春的密码。

青春惊得起磨练却经不起消磨，经得起开发却经不起挥霍。保尔·柯察金以前说过：“人最宝贵的是生命，生命对于每过忍耐只有一次，人的一生应当这样度过”，当他回首往事的时候，他不会因为虚度年华的悔恨，也不会因为碌碌无为而羞愧，当他临死的时候，他能够说：“我的整个生命和全部精力，都已经献给了世界上的最伟大的事业—人类的解放而斗争”。所以我们就应珍惜青春，乘着自我还年轻，尽自我所能，在青春的舞台上展现自我亮丽而独特的风采，让青春飞扬！就像无数的星星在生活的星空中发出自我耀眼的光芒。

在职教中心学习生活将近1年了，在这段时期内，我深刻地感受到——原先职高内的生活也能营造得如普高内一般紧凑，也有充分展现自我才能的机会。造物主给予每个恩一样的头脑和四肢，也给予我们同样的思维潜力和行为潜力，还公平地给予我们一天24个小时。那么我们为什么没不抓住机遇，尽情地展现自我呢其实我们能够在学习方面展现自我扎实的基础和出的成绩，在实习期间展现自我过人的领悟力和娴熟的技巧，在每年举行的运动会上展现自我灵巧的动作和矫健的步伐，在歌咏比赛中展现自我轻脆的歌喉和精湛的舞台表演……或许，有些自卑的人会说：“我不行”。但是机遇是人生的翅膀，抓住它，就能够带你飞的很高很高。它偏爱于强者，因为强者做好了一切准备，它往往逃避弱者，因为它无法忍受弱者那呆滞的眼神。一位成功者说过：“百分之九十所谓失败者，其实不是被打败而是自我放下了机遇和成功的期望”抓住机遇试一试，怎样就明白自我不行呢邓建军就是一个很好的例子，他和我们一样，在职高学习，由学校分配工作，但是他不甘于在小小的工作岗位上呆一辈子，抓住各种机遇，最终实现了自我的人生价值。

当然要想把自我的一面展此刻大众面前，刚靠单纯的等待是机遇是远远不够的，而需要对自我有充分的自信心和大胆的创新精神。

自信心是个体对自我认识活动和实践活动的成果抱负有成功把握的一种预先反映。事业有成的人都相信，居里夫人说：“我们就应对自我有信心，我们要相信，我们的天赋是用来做某件事情的，无论什么代价，都要把这件事做好。这是自信心对于我们的重要性。”拿破仑也有一句名言“应为我做每件事都很自信，所以帆我做过的事都取得了成功。”成功人士和失败者之间的差异是：成功人士往往的最用心的思考，最乐观的精神和最辉煌的经验支配和控制自我的人生。失败者却恰恰相反，他们的人生是受过去种种失败与疑虑做引导和支配的。我们应有青春这一梦幻般的黄金季节，对自我充满信心，将自我的才能发挥得淋漓尽致。

创新则是以非习惯的方式思考问题的潜力与别人相同的东西，却一头别出心裁，想出与别人内不一样的东西。同样的水浒，普通人烧出的来是开水，而瓦特却烧出可蒸汽机。同样是手被草叶子割破，而鲁班却发明了锯，同样是看到苹果从树上掉下来，果民见了只感到心疼，而牛顿却由此发现了万有引力定律。造成这种差别的根本原因是什么答案只有一个：就是瓦特，鲁班牛顿对每件事都从不一样角度去观察去了解。我们也就应在青春这一超七蓬勃的日子里，激发自我的创新理念，发挥自我丰富的想象，让世界变得焕然一新。

青春是无价而短暂的，展现自我是上苍赠予我们最珍贵的礼物，我们就应限度地挖掘自我的才能，让青春尽情飞扬，让展现自我成为我们一生中最重要的课程。

every teacher in this school can give a course as they like. there is no tedious rating, no scraps of quantitative management and no rigid standard. teachers can fully display their personality in class, and they feel very happy and content to teach. every morning, on thoughts of giving lessons, they are excited. after class, they are delighted , with smiles on their faces. some experts, scholars and masters are also visiting teachers in this school.yang zhenning can give physics classes for a day. yi zhongtian opens lectures on chinese culture for a week. speaking of music, we can ask wang lihong to give music lectures, just as he did in oxford university. if necessary, we can also invite david beckham to speak something about the world cup …

the principal of the school focuses on education rather than waste time in endless meetings and social activities. teachers’ wages are not high but enough to live comfortably. there are no other things to do except to teach. there are no paper requirements, no titles and no ranks because they don’t need to be judged by those things. almost every teacher is a well-known scholar and master in a particular field. a language teacher may be a writer at the same time. a math teacher may try to overcome a world-class guess. a physics teacher can win invention awards and a music teacher may return from an international music competition again.

in short, in this school, the principal is satisfied, the teachers are happy and the students are joyful. that’s my dream.

原来他什么都好，就是终日寡言少语，再加上一脸严肃表情，给人一种捉摸不透的感觉。既然摸不透，就要多加防范。因此，只要他在场，空气就格外凝重。

话太少，会吃大亏。进公司三年，眼看着其他同事纷纷升职，惟有他原地踏步。原因其实很简单，所有人都以为它是空气。

如果不是想到他正在操办的事项，老板根本就想不起还有个这人。开会的时候，吃饭的时候，上班的时候，闲暇的时候，所有人都在七嘴八舌的闲话，惟独他在角落里沉默，最绝的一次是公司组织集体活动，老板数来数去发现少了一个人。这一次他发话了：还有我。

在大公司做事，会因为许多稀奇古怪的事而伤心。英文不好要伤心，学历不漂亮要伤心，长得丑要伤心，话太少就更要伤心了。

正在就读mba的老同学如今主攻的就是表达自己。他们老师不仅逼着他们说出自己的观点，并且鼓励他们站起来说，甚至站在桌子上挥着手臂说。如果不说，就不给学分。一向不喜欢在课堂上回答问题的他，为了对得起高昂的学费，只好向自己宣战。
