她在面食方面独有研究。知道我总吃馒头没有热情，就变着花样地加入作料，包而食之。她烤的花生火烧外酥里滑，香浓的花生碎和甜腻的红糖稀结合在一起，简直是天衣无缝，天生一对啊!不但有甜的，吃腻了，还有咸的。他创新的把腊肠和肉缠在一起，即将细条的面如丝瓜蔓一般绕在腊肠上，咋一看就像只体态臃肿的毛毛虫。一口咬下，咸香的腊肠和香软的馒头融在一起，伴着腊肠咬破后油充斥口腔的'滋滋生，要多美有多美。最妙的是她做的蒸糕，把q弹细腻的糯米糕和面片一层层叠在一起，蒸出来甜香扑鼻。糕晶莹剔透，面白嫩松软，看得我心花怒放，不禁凶相毕露，吃得不亦乐乎。

从小到大，我最爱吃的就是她做的那碗手擀面。岁月的飞逝丝毫不影响她高超的切面技术一根根面条细长均匀。我曾试过擀那面片，可加过碱的面就是软硬不吃，使出九牛二虎之力，受益甚小，待我吁吁气喘时，却又弹了回去。那面煮好后，再叫上秘制的汤卤子，红的虾仁，绿的小葱，黄的鸡蛋，好似一轮火红的太阳自草原升起，让我感到暖意浓浓。吃上一口，岂是“美味”二字了得?

她在做这些时，吃力地一下一下仿佛是把一个长辈对晚辈全部的爱和期望擀了进去。美食虽轻，情重如山!家乡的美是忘不了，家乡的她亦忘不了!
