一节电池就是一颗“炸 弹”。它的杀伤力既看不见，也不发声，产生的后果却是严重的。据科学家测定：一颗纽扣电池产生的有害物质，有大量的锌、铅、汞、锰等重金属，可污染60万升水，相当于一个人一生的水量；一节一号电池烂在地里，能吞噬一平方米土地，并造成永久性公害。我国是电池生产消费大国，电池的年产量达世界的1/3。以全国13亿人口计算，假设每年每人用6节电池，那么这些电池可以污染46800亿立方米的水，相当于中国全年径流总量的1.73倍，也可以使7800平方千米土地失去利用价值，这相当于1.23个上海或15个浦东新区的面积。据计算，全球每年约有320亿节废电池被丢弃，其危害之大不能不令人触目惊心！

开学第一天，我高高兴兴的往学校走，在我的前面一位穿着漂亮的阿姨，领着一个比我小的女孩，一边急匆匆的赶路，一边把手中的包子塞进嘴里，并把包包子的方便袋随手扔在了地上，随之被风高高的。这位女士的行为和她的穿着极不相称，突然孩子说话了：“妈妈，你扔的方便袋上了天，老师说，不能随地扔垃圾。”她的妈妈说：“多嘴，迟到了快点走！”那位做妈妈的轻描淡写的话语，好像环境的好坏和她无关似的，让我瞠目结舌！
昨天，我亲眼看见有位叔叔把一车垃圾倾倒了河里，垃圾里面还有碎玻璃片，还有一包一包装满垃圾的塑料袋，臭烘烘的气味顿时冲击着我的鼻孔，使本来就脏兮兮的河更加破烂不堪了。以前每到夏天，这条河不但是我们玩耍的乐园，鱼儿们可以尽情游来游去，更主要的是这条河还是当地居民饮用水的水源。可现在的河里已经不见鱼儿的踪影，夏季的河里也不见孩子们的欢声笑语的嬉戏热闹的场面了。
